A bone dry, skin contact version of Fiano that still expresses the wonderful heady floral aromatics of the variety but harnesses the tannin, texture and colour of its thick skins.
Plenty of light fresh stonefruits and acidity keep the wine playful on the palate.
Walking that line of natty and skinsy but remaining clean and approachable.
