A rare wine -the only time we’ve been able to produce a single cuveé of Cabernet Franc.
The fruit normally is picked and added to the Champ Rouge but in 2021 there was a near perfect fruit set thanks to favourable Spring weather.
The result was two small barrels of Cabernet Franc being produced.
Juicy, vibrant fruit that exhibits the uniqueness of the variety.
