100% Moscato Giallo (Orange, Dry)

Fermented on skins for 12 days in stainless steel vat then pressed to barrel for a long élevage of 17 months. A definitive fruit bomb. Tropical mango and guava fruits are juxtaposed with fine tannins, fresh acidity and a bone dry finish on the palate.
Bottled unfiltered & unfined with no sulphur additions.
